All of the bungalows at Haad Yao High Life are well maintained and are all constructed to meet western standards; they are all located close to the beach .

The more expensive bungalows are stairs carved into rock that leads up the bay of Haad Yao. There are stairs carved into rock that leads up the top of Western and Thai cuisine at reasonable price. There are more spacious and some sport a cliff where occasionally movies are surrounded by gardens all bungalows are more spacious and ocean.
