Sandy Bay is a friendly family run beach resort located on Haad Yao beach. The beauty of the mile long beach combined with the kind attention received by guests have quickly earned the resort the reputation as one of Phangans best nature beach resorts.

The resort occupies the entire southern beach front and provides a great selection of traditional Thai style fan and air conditioned  bungalows to fit every budget. All bungalows have great ocean views and are either set right on the beach or just behind, high up on stilts in the middle of lush natural surroundings.The bungalows are serviced daily and as one of the original resorts on the island the staff has learned to anticipate the guests every need..

Full Moon Booking Restrictions:

  • A minimum stay of 4 nights is required, the arrival date must be at least 2 days before the Full Moon Party.

    • Resort Booking Details:

  • All room prices EXCLUDE BREAKFAST.
  • Free transfer from Thong Sala Pier. Please call the Bungalows 1 day before arrival. Transfer from the Bungalows to Thong Sala Pier is 150 THB per person departing at 10:00 in the morning.
  • No extra bed is available.
  • No baby cot is available.
  • All bungalows are equiped with western style toilets.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 o'clock.
  • Safety deposit box is available. Please contact the Reception. Safety deposit box surcharge is 50 THB.
  • Discounts for long term stay for periods other than the Full Moon are available upon request.

    • Other Booking Restrictions:

  • For Christmas and New Year Reservations: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
